Jaephil Do
Biography
  • Jaephil Do was born in Kangwondo in Korea in 1976. He joined the BioMEMS and Microsystems Lab in the University of Cincinnatiin 2002. Currently, he is doing his graduate research in BioMEMS area.
  • He has done a teaching assistant for the lab class "Silicon Semiconductor Microfabrication for MEMS¡" in 2004. The lab class fabricates MEMS based silicon diaphragm pressure sensor with piezoelectric pattern which involves entire fabrication steps such as oxidation, lithography, single side/ double side aligning, wet chemical etching, lift-off, wafer level bonding and packaging.
  • He has been involved in a DARPA sponsored project the BioFLIPS program from 2002 to 2004.
